I think it depends on how far the dealerships will go for you. All the dealerships I've gone to or contacted here in San Diego all say they're discontinued as our cars are too old. If they have any left, then yeah... they'll sell them to you. But beware of how costly they will be as most Honda accessories or parts from the dealerships are.
