Damm bro...sorry to hear about loss. My shit was stolen in april. Feels like shit i know. I found it completely stripped. I had a gsr in it and was proud of that ek. Stupidist feeling was walking out to my car with my 1yr daughter and my diaper bag and steering wheel.....and see that my car was gone.

Ive come to the realization that im not gonna get my car back.... Cheap ass me didn't get comprehensive insurance so now I just lost a car I paid 4k for and spent around $2k in maint. and performance parts.

man if i was you, i'd be driving around the city looking for it. You should check out this guy's thread, he posted it up on here on Honda-Tech and a few other places. Someone ended up seeing his ride parked in front of a house. You might be able to get lucky.

You can't just sit at home waiting for the bad news. BTW, my roommate got his civic stolen, we realized it at 2 in the morning, drove around for a bit but couldn't find it. Later at 6 he got a call from the pd, they left it in the middle of the street a few blocks away. It was amateurs, they just took his wheels, and a few small pieces. You might be lucky, they might not have the tools or experience to pull the motor.

And if your motor has a vin, most thieves wouldn't pull the whole thing. They'll be scared of getting caught with it.

Keep your head up man. I've seen plenty of friends cars disappear never to be seen again. At the same time some were just taken on joy rides. Aside from a few scratches, they were found complete.

Sorry to hear, and sadly your right laredo and nueva laredo are getting too out of hand. I live by el paso and juarez and shits getting crazy over here too. A 240 was just stolen from el paso last week.
