Re: b20/vtec (miguelv0723)
i would honestly just get a gsr motor other than going through the trouble with b20 vtec

Re: b20/vtec (miguelv0723)
honestly. if you don't know what knid of BLOCK to get for a B20/vtec i don't think you should even think about it. just stick with a gsr. reliable and legal.

Re: b20/vtec (Syndacate)
The car I'm buying has a b20 block, b16head, and a type r tranny and I don't trust it..thinking about a h-series or maybe just do a b18c5.

Re: b20/vtec (JDMLove07)
dont do it if you dont know. b20=b20 block from crv. my old b20 vtec made 180hp on stock gsr head and cams and stock b20 block

Re: b20/vtec (fmrprojects)
I have been thinking about doing this just for the fun of it, since the B20 blocks are pretty cheap. But

-Shane</TD></TR></TABLE> B20 BLOCKS ARE CHEAP?!?!?!?!?!? WHERE THE expletive ARE YOU LOOKING?! 5-600 for a B20 unless you pull it outta a junkyard. b20-any year crv head depends on what you want to run gsr-higher compression b16-lower compression they both flow about the same STOCK If you think the b20 blocks are cheap, don't do the build. They're more than you think. b20vtec.com is a great site for those builds.... |

Someone needs to do a lot more searching and a lot less cluttering my forum with questions that could be answered in ten minutes by the stickies up top.
