Default Add-in Inverter Pack

Howdy everyone, been doing some research on this but not coming up with much. Might just be that my specialty isn't cars, so I don't know the right places to look. ^_^;; Anyhow, first good news, my car is paid off, so I'm now free to mod the heck out of it without asking for permission, so that's an uber bonus. Hence this question. Anyhow, I have a 2018 Civic LX CVT. I'm noticing a trend on a LOT of the newer vehicles towards having inverters in them for emergency power, camping power, etc. The idea started, oddly enough, with hybrids (which mine isn't) that came with inverters. People were using them for camping and emergency power during outages, and they'd rely on the hybrid's auto start/charge setup to keep their battery topped off so they could keep using them. Being that mine isn't a hybrid, I'm not sure adding this in as an after market idea would work or not. At this point I know I'd need the following to make this happen.

1. 3rd party/aftermarket inverter hub. 800w-1500w capacity.
2. Possibly an auxiliary battery pack chargeable off the main battery and/or engine.
3. Car autostart that starts the engine when it detects low battery in the bank/car, then shuts down when it's charged, or at least 80%+.
4. Wiring heavy enough, and weather proof enough to mount the unit in the trunk, and transfer power to the inverter/inverter battery bank from the alternator while charging.
5. Some kind of charge controller that could redirect power from the inverter to the rear bank when the main battery didn't need charging, or vice versa when it did.

Anyhow, that's my theory on what I'd possibly need. I also don't know if doing that would even be practical on a 2018 civic as it's really not an "outdoorsy" type car. For me, that inverter would be more an emergency power thing than a camping thing, although the latter would definitely be on the list at some point. Anyhow, what do you guys think? Doable, or a major no go? Would it be practical to do? Or does the car design make it completely impractical and not worth it? Anyhow, just wondering as it was an idea that popped in my head, so I figured to explore first, and when I didn't get my answers, I came here to see if any of you had any input. Thanks.
