Default 1.8 Auto mysterious CKP problem

Hi,

I've got a bit of an odd problem with a 2015 1.8 Auto SI (UK Spec), and I was hoping someone could give me some advice.

The car drives great unless you try to accelerate hard. As soon as you plant your foot (to get the kickdown to engage), the car stutters, and the dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree with VSA, ABS, and PSA warnings.

I got home and ran a diagnostic on my Icarsoft JP2.0, and it flagged up two error codes.

P0399 CKP SENSOR CIRCUIT INTERMITTENT INTERRUPTION

and a code for the ABS Module:

83-11 (PCM (PGM0Fi) Malfunction)

So far, I've replaced the battery and fitted a brand new crankshaft sensor from Honda, but there's no change to the issue, and I'm still seeing the same codes. I can't see any obvious damage to the wiring.

The car only has 65K miles, and it's been maintained exclusively by Honda since new. Can anyone offer some advice, please?

Thanks

Brian
