Default headlights?

ok first yes i did a search and i know about the dyi.

i want to put black housing headlights on mt car. i have read that some suck and fog up. i cant do the blackout because inside one of my lights is ****ed up inside and the other one is cloudy. my question is are there any good aftermarket black lights that will last for a while without clouding and that have proper fitment. i also do not want projectors or led in there. thanks in advance

eBay has them, but some people complain about socket fitment and that they leak a tad. Silicone would fix that.

Or you can buy a used set of OEM headlights and do the DIY, or buy a set of already blacked-out OEM headlights from someone. That would be your best bet.

I have a few sets of project blackout headlights laying around...I could ship them to you...but you would have to assemble them...but they are complete I assure you...

I have the ebay ones, fogged first day I installed them; no silicone around the lenses whatsoever. Laid down my own silicone, nvr fogged since.

Did you just go around the seam of the lens where it meets the housing or did you split it and reseal it?

I have had my eBay head lights for about a year now the only problem i ran into was the turn signal socket didn’t fit quite right but was able to get it in there, I haven’t had them fog up on me and I haven’t “siliconed “them
