Default Frustrated!

I have changed the radiator, new cap, new hoses, new sensors both the coolant temperature sensor and fan switch sensor, did a flush, burped it and changed the thermostat twice and it still heats up....What gives? What next?

If the fans didn't come on when it got warm then a compression test should have been done to see if head gasket was blown . Things should be tested before buying parts you don't need
