Icon6 electrical problem

So I am having a problem with my 2005 Civic. I recently got into a car accident and once all of the body work was done, my right turning signal (front only) was not working, the back signal was blinking twice as fast (I think it might be a relay issue or a pinch in the line).

I left it for a while (3 weeks) and now am running into issues where my car will not turn on. I get power, but when I try to turn the car over, I get loud "clicking" noises coming from under my dash and my control panel flashes rapidly. I found if I boost the car, it will turn on, but this is not a very sustainable solution.

I had my battery tested and it came back "good", I think it might be a relay issue, but I am not 100% sure. Any thoughts?

That clicking is the main relay so, it can't be that. Is everything electrical acting crazy (lights, gauges, etc)?

When the problem happens, the power door locks don't work, but the radio and lights seem to work in auxiliary mode. It's when I try to turn the engine over that I get the crazy flashing dashboard and clicking from under the dash.

There is no attempt by the engine to turn over, the clicking takes over before anything further can happen.

Do you think the indicator light no flashing might be causing the problem some how?

Well this is really weird, because I just tried to turn the car on again and it worked fine ... clearly an intermittent problem.

When I couldn't get it going, I tried jumping the car and that seemed to work as the car turned on. Not sure if that helps in the diagnosis.

- Check battery connections
- Check the ground going from the block to the radiator support
- Check the ground under the battery (remove the inner fender to access)
- Check battery for charge
- Check over all wires and connectors you can find
