- 99/00 tailights
- take off tint
- fix exhaust (oem muffler +1)

and probably a different shade of purple could work.. like someone else sad, a light shade would definitely work.

Look at some sports teams for ideas of colors that work well together.

The orange would look good with chrome, silver, gunmetal, black, white, neochro, or even dark blue or teal wheels.

I think its great youre trying your own thing! I do not necessarilly like the color combo, but I'm sure it grabs attention. Good or bad, IDK. But, I'm sure when you roll down the street people are lookin'.

 

paint the wheels red and it will go well with that ugly orange paint. (sorry i just really hate orange on cars, never looks good in my opinion, paint jot itself looks immaculate though, same with the wheels)

Definatly doing my own thing... Colors definatly grab attention, everyone is entitled to an opinion, and not everyone is going to like the car.. When I roll down the street I got people shouting out " I LOVE YOUR CAR !!!!!!!!!! " I got people giving me THUMBS UP .. I havn't had any negative comments from anyone that sees it in person, only negative comments here on H-T... Doesn't bother me though It's all good!

This thread is still open wow. Anyway car looks better purple rotas still need to go.

 

The grill and headlights kill it for me, but honestly if you like the color combo, more power to you. Frankly I'd rather see this than a stanced out civic with ruined fenders, a bike rack, and some doll hanging from the rear towhook. Whatever floats your boat.

 

Plan to paint your upper grille trim? I think it would look a ton better

 

I'm still debating over painting it. The orange is a bright color, so I was trying to leave some things black so it's not just like all orange in yo face lol.. And I don't think I'm going to keep "that" grill, I don't like the aluminum mesh, I would rather the plastic mesh. So I guess when I get the other grill I'll decide by then weather I'll paint it or not.
