The MOST Rare Honda/Acura Model/Color
Nope, not SSBP. It's rare, but not that rare. I had to search for a bit to find the one I was talking about...the color is called Dark Violet Pearl. Like SSBP, it was only offered for one model year, but the color itself was much less popular.

Well, the EV Plus is even rarer than that Civic Jordan. Only 300 or so EV Plus models were produced and released. The EV Plus was taken out of production in 1999 in order for Honda to work on its hybrid vehicles such as the Honda Insight. The EV Plus was made to keep up with GM EV1.
Here are other rare models... 1998 EDM Del Sol Motegi Edition (orange leather interior) and Daytona Edition (red leather interior).

Least common '96-'00 Civic in the US would have to be the EN1, '98-'00 Civic GX sedan. Natural gas car that wasn't available to the public. They came in silver, while and light blue. The huge tank is in the trunk. The EN1 wasn't available outside of the US.
What is your definition of "non-classic"?
How about Pizzicato (Midori) Green Pearl Todays? I haven't managed to find one yet, but they're supposed to exist.
I almost bought one of these instead of my Civic. It was an Si. $5 difference between the cars. The Prelude also had a Honda optional car phone in it.
In the US it's 2000 CX and DX hatches only.
Midori would be '96 CX/DX hatch and Dark Amethyst Pearl would be '97-'99 CX/DX. The black ones would be '98-'00 DXes only though.
What about Island Coral Civic coupes ('96 HX, '96-'97 DX) and sedans ('96-'97 LX)? Or Vintage Plum ('00 EX/LX sedan) or Titanium Metallic ('00 DX/DX-V/EX/LX sedans).
Five doors aren't rare. They're just not available in the US.
Vi-RS sedan is the only Civic I know of with it. Japan only for the Vi-RS.
I don't know how the production might have been though.
US Integras had it too, but I think they called it a different name here.
I believe that's the same color as the Civic Vi-RS. Royal Grape Pearl. It has another name too, but I forget it offhand.
How about some of those cars which were turned into the first generation of the FCX?
They did. Sedans too.
Definitely up there.

This color might be a little more rare

this takes the cake in my opinion for the rarest of the rare.

I think the FCX clarity will be on the list of rare cars.
considering its only available on a $600/month lease for 3 years and only available in Southern California and in one color
