Icon6 shift solenoid problems

Can some one explain why my car won’t shift out of Parking?
Every thing else seems to work fine I was told I was the shift solenoid on the transmission?

Lights work.

Usually when you can't shift out of park in the automatic, check the brake light switch. Located under the driver side dash, above the brake pedal.
