Default Posible EACV problem

I've already cleaned the eacv and the fitv, set the base idle at 750 rpms in P and at oper temp.
My problem occurs randomly when I go WOT or am hard on the gas. It seems as though the eacv sticks closed or is acting funny. I get the bouncing/jumping idle and a noticable jerking on/off throttle. If I just turn the engine off and start it right back up it clears the problem. I can even do this while still driving, put it in N, shut the car off, and start it back up and keep driving.
I have a problem throwing $200-$300 at a new eacv when it acts fine most of the time. If I am easy on the gas, I have no problems.
Anyone had this happen and have a definite fix?
BTW, coolant is topped of and I have no leaks or air in the system.

Disconnect whatever you think the problem is, if the issue goes away, you found it. It has to be an electronic controlled item.

A quick check of the Idle Air Control Valve, unplug it and the idle should drop about 200 RPM.
I believe that once the TPS/MAP sensors reach a certain point the IACV is turned off anyway.
Doesn't that EX intake have the secondary short runners?

If I disconnect the plug on the EACV, the idle doesn't drop, it stays at what I set the base idle(750-800rpms). If I drive with it disconnected, I get the jerking while on/off throttle. Like there is no air going to intake except for through the idle adj screw. As soon as I'm on the gas, it smooths out.

The EACV, IACV & FITV only control the idle rpms. They have no control of the car at WOT. This would leave me to look at a fuel delivery issue...or misfire.

It is turned back on during decel to keep the engine from stalling, but the engine will hunt if it stays open too far, sticking open more than normal.

Hook up a scan tool, watch IAC Counts, drop tranny in gear but dont let car move, watch IAC, take foot off of the brake and allow car to start rolling, watch IAC. This is a Honda thing, no throttle input but there is a VSS input so the IAC acts different than many other cars. I learned this a couple of years ago while trying to prove out an intermittently sticking IAC.
