I know you can buy Mufflers from Mugen and weld them onto a cheapo eBay catback system and its not loud and doesn't have that 'ricer' sound

Do some research on the Apexi WS2 cat back system. They sound great but arent loud.

Hello there so I got a 97 honda accord 4door with the f22b engine and auto trans. And swapping it in to my 92 honda accord 2door but I want to do it as cheap as It can be with more hp. I don't expect 500hp but I'd like to just make something around 200hp to 250hp and cheap. Have kids and limited income to projects I've never built a honda so it's my first.

Depending on which F22A# engine is in the '92 you may just be better of building the F22A# than trying to use the F22B2(non-VTEC)
F22B2 is an OBDII variant which will not simply swap over to your '92(electrically/tuning/ECM).
If the F22A just needs bottom end work, and the B2 is in good order, replace the short block of the F22A with the B2 block. And modify it as an F22A#.
Otherwise most of your budget will be spent on adapting the B2 to the '92.

These engines are similar but are different enough to be a PITA for a budget swap/build unless you are familiar with the minute differences and can do most/all of the work and tuning yourself.

I personally like my header (HEADER, singular) but I can't exactly say I've felt any noticeable power. As for getting name-brand over eGay stuff, definitely. It may look the same but the quality of the material, welds, and build quality are apparent.

and FYI, you would have gotten a lot more results just looking this stuff up on google or the HT refined search. This question has been asked 1000+ times.
what is HT refined search?

I think he was referring to the "Advanced Search" option.

What are you looking for specifically? 9 times out of 10 if you type exactly what you are looking for into a search engine, it will point you to 100's of threads.

Chrome is a tuning software which works with a chipped OBD1 ecu. It is used to tune modified F and H series engines etc.

If you have no mods, you shouldn't really bother much about tuning the engine at all.
