Default DRL not working..

My night lights work and, my high beams are working also.
Just my daytime running lights are not coming on. I see a light indicator for DRL but, it's never on. I checked fuse #10 under the dash to see if it's the issue but it's fine. Is there another fuse under the hood? and is it possible that it's the DRL relay? if so where is it?

Had they been working b4?
This may be applicable, at least you'll be able to pick out the correct module under your dash.

I found this on a canadian web site for you. I can't verify this as I don't posess a Canadian Owners Manual for this car (sorry)

"Here is how it is
supposed to work.

If the parking brake is set when you start the car, the orange DRL light
will come on. When you release the parking brake, the orange DRL light will
go off and the DRL's themselves will come on.

Try the above. If this is what you see with your car, then you're fine. If
you notice something different from what I wrote above, then something could
be wrong. Something with the parking brake perhaps?"

Hope that helps
