Default Break Light Problem

I have a 2001 4 Door honda accord. My tail lights work and the light come on when I turn the lights on but when i hit the break one side wont work. I dont know if it is the bulb cause the light works when the lights are on but nothing on the break. Thank you in advance for the help.

The brake light bulbs have 2 filaments so they light up for the headlights and light up brighter for the brake lights. Most likely the bulb(s).
