Default Braking problems

Hey - I swapped my brake pads and now the wierdest thing happens. When I brake while driving forward - no problem at all. When I brake when I'm going in reverse at any speed it seems to bind up or sieze and make terrible sounds. I can feel it in the pedal that it stays stuck to the rotor. And again - it only happens in reverse - any ideas?

Did you change front, rear or all brakes? If you have drums in the rear, I can see how this happened.

Actually - it's an EX so it has all wheel disk brakes. It's feeling like it's the front drivers side that is making this simply cancerous sound.
