4 cel code, cranshaft sensor...help????
I did a search and couldn't find much on this topic....
Ok so i have a 93 honda accord ex with 160K miles but with a rebuild engine only a year ago. Anyways recently the car takes a while to turn on and when it does the engine sounds rough. I checked the Cel Code and it gave me a 4: crankshaft position sensor. Now, i have no idea what that is. I am pretty sure my car has a vacuum leak as you could hear air slipping out of the engine but that was before the cel gave me this code. As I said earlier now my car has trouble starting and it and the engine has lost a lot of power when im driving.
Any ideas? could my timing be off? or is it just the sensor? and if so, how would i go about fixing this problem.
Any help would be appreciated...thanks

I will email to Mr Hondadude for the technical testing of that component, I do not have access to that type of information.
