2002 accord ex feels jumpy while im waiting at a red light

when i start to drive the car for about 20 minutes and i stop at a red light the car feels jumpy like it wants to move but of course it wont... what is wrong? the engine doesnt rev up though...

could be idle air control or throttle body gummed up. Time for SeaFoam treatment.
