I loved my DB7 (96 SE). I almost got a custom plate ITSA4DR, because poeple would just stand there looking at me to get in the back and I'm like "You can use the door if you'd like....", and its like "Oh this is a 4 door?!?!?"


Sadly it was time for me to move on, but I stayed with a sedan sport compact . I still love that car though. They are fairly rare here in Texas, but I see a ton in California.

Around 2001 my buddy (95SiR) and I (Spec R) from Honda-Acura.net formed "DB Squad" on that forum. But since it was only a select few of us who dont even have our 4 doors anymore (pretty much 2 left), you guys can form a new one, or a HondaTech version or whatever....

Ok guys, just woke up from some long deserved rest. Here's a bit of info I learned last night. [626]95-GSR is absolutely correct...There was an original DB Squad formed by 4 Honda-Acura.net members about two and a half years ago. I found out in the weirdest way.

Almost a year ago, I was interested in a set of window visors for my DB8. I finallly found a guy on here who was willing to sell his set, pending that he sold his car. He ended up keeping the car, so the sale was cancelled. Yesterday night, that same individual and I began BSing about random stuff, and next thing you know, he tells me he's the OG co founder of the DB Squad from h-a.net....TRIP OUT ON THAT! ahaha.

Long boring story short, we've received (in a sense) the OK to use the "DB squad" name without any conflict and complications with the previous founded group. In respect to the OG Squad, I thought I'd show some of you guys a bit of Spec R's heat....

I bit my tongue when he sent me this....It was a childhood dream to run Gewalts

HHAhaha..We all have a similar story regarding our extra doors...funny to hear everyone's version. Thanks Westrock2000 for the shared experience....It's only a Neon, till u hear the Blowoff...heheheh

Regarding Stickers: No design has been thought up, so all are welcome to throw up ideas and designs. You may send them to me or post up in the thread. Either way, the design will be chosen through unanimous vote amongst those a part of the Squad.

Regarding the Squad: I hope to work with King Tut33 and all members to have a site for DB owners to peep through. It would be nice to have bios of all of us to help get to know one another. Tech write ups and DB specific articles will most likely be a part of the site. Who knows, there might be some tricks and tips other DB'ers didn't knowabout. Lets try to make this as fun and worthwile as possible.
