Is there really a need for a VAFC after a Zdyne Gold + VTEC adjustment option? Reason I am asking is I have a VAFC now, and will bet getting a Zdyne... trying to figure out what to do with the VAFC.

I'm doing the same thing, selling my VAFC to offset the cost of the ZDYNE. Also, I know I will have to ditch my Vortech FMU, but should I keep my inline pump and MSD ignition/external coil when I get the standalone?
BTW:where are you getting your ZDYNE ECU from?

There's a group buy kinda deal setup on the crx forum. Basically from what I understand, two people buy into it and its' 800 each for the gold. This can only be done in pairs... money and ecu has to come from one person and return to one person.

$800 would be a great buy. I don't know about sending someone my ECU and cash though. Where's the link to that thread?
