Will a stock b16a spool a Precision SC63?
Hell yes it will.
2psi by 3500rpm
7psi by 5200rpm
Setup:
Stock b16
Full-Race Mani
Precision SC63
3" downpipe *open*
Tial 46mm 7lb spring
PWR 30x8x3 intercooler
2.5" intercooler piping
TurboXS RFL Bov
Vortech 12:1 FMU
Walbro in-tank pump
That's it.
Right now the other b16 is at the machine shop getting re-worked.
The new head is getting the full treatment.
But we were very suprised how well the b16 spooled this turbo.
Thanks to MotorMatrix and Honda-tech for all the help.

Yes.
Yes.
thats at stock c/r tho, you cant run too much boost on that.. drop the compression so u can run more boost and you will increase turbo lag. Just curious, why you are only running 7psi on that turbo?

Simple:
1) hes on a FMU
2) it looks like he still on stock intectors.
7psi is the highest i would go, maybe 8.

We're going to put in some race gas and run 13psi for fun on this stock motor.
Who cares anyways, b16's are dime a dozen.
If it blows, 5 hours later we'll have another stock b16 in for some more fun.

If you don't try it you won't know the true results.
NO video's anytime soon I'm 4 hours away from my car. I'll be gone for about two months.
