will this LSD work with my tranny??

ive come into some extra money so im looking to get an LSD. i dont have enough for a quaife so im looking at ITR's. i have a 94 gsr, what will i need in addition to the lsd??? i will be running about 350-400 whp, should i wait and get a quaife, ive been reading bad things about high HP and itr lsd's.
