Just a quick question here. If i unplug my battery for the winter, since i am storing the car, will it erase my hondata program? Ive had my battery go dead before and it was OK but ive never had the battery off for an extended period of time.

 

yeah... the chip doesnt depend on power to store the image... were u there when they tuned the car?? they didnt take the chip outta the programmer and slam it into your powered ecu at light speed.

alright, thats what I was thinking I just wanted to make sure that was the case before I went and unhooked the battery. dont need to be breaking stuff over something stupid.

Do you mean opening the file from your tuner in SManager? Simply open SManager, click FIle > Open, browse to where the file from your tuner is located (Desktop, USB drive, etc.), and click open.
