Where to get flex pipe and exhaust flanges??

My downpipe does not come with a flange. I need to weld on some flex, put a flange on that, and bolt it to my exhaust which is from KTeller8, and I believe has that flange to it.I havent looked in the box lately to see.

Any place on the net sell it cheap or does NAPA or Autozone have it for reasonable prices?
