i've got a quaife LSD in my LS tranny, omni coilovers, and stock mounts, but my wheels right now are 18's (long story, i kno they're not the best choice), but is wheel hop going to be a problem or no?

what about with a traction bar?

 

Traction bars will help ALLOT with wheel hop but those stiff sidewalls will not.

 

Motors mounts help a lot also. I am on a 17in drag radial and hop was bad until i installed some stiffer mounts.

 

so wheel hop is gonna be a big problem in other words?

and will a traction bar totally kill the hop or no?

i just dont have the $$ to pickup some new rims at the moment....

 

stiffer mounts, traction bars, and stickier tires will help the problem

if u drive like u wanna break it then itll break, but u can only go as fast as ur weakest part will take u.

 

im just worried about launches...

 

learn how to launch. dont dump the clutch.
