I paid $2900 for a POS custom kit for a 5th gen Lude-
Came with a prototype Kiwi manifold, Apex Silvia IC with custom piping that didn't fit, an HKS SS BOV, a shitgate, a TVVC Greddy MBC, T3/TO4e with what he said was a .50 trim that turned out to be a .57(also had blown seals and needed a rebuild), an HKS mushroom filter, Apex EL series EGT and Boost gauges, a CF dual gauge pod that didn't fit, and a greddy turbo timer. Oh yeah, forgot to mention the head and heartaches this caused when I tried to get it installed...
Oh yeah then I made the mistake of taking it to King MS- they told me it would only be 2-3 weeks, and gave me an estimate of $1500. Well 3 months went by, and the bill rose to $3600 for an installed rebuilt and HPC coated turbo kit that still had exhaust leaks from the WG. Great customer service too
Everytime I called it was like I was annoying them, and that they kept telling me that they need the car out of the shop soon(my friend drove by there everyday and he told me that it was just sitting outside there).
So if you paid anything less than me for a used kit, you got a "better" deal- personally I would NEVER buy a used kit unless I drove in the car that had it on and had it inspected first hand.

yet you t, did your muffler fall off? wel anyway im using the blue box and a 255 pump and yes i am running hella rich. the blue box is all over the place, plus i think my comp. isn't equal. i wanna get it checked out and yes i think a sr20det swap would not be easy but more effective. think about it rwd turbo has gotta be sweet, plus it's built for turbo. i could always swap in a motor as i planned beforigscmed for the motor, but now i think im set on a 240. YES its gonna be a bitch to part out my car and then sell it, YES its gonna be a bitch to do a swap now one round me knows how to do. YES it will be sweet to have an s15 front end on a 95 240 w/ a RT sr20det pushing 20 psi running mid 12's, but then again i do love my civic
i know dave and havent had a chance to go there. it's funny i met him bout a year ago and told everyone i knew he has a dyno and no one checked it out, now peopple are telling me to see it. i saw his turbo bike, sweet. adam introduced me to him
AH YES now people are going to see Dave. i first saw his turbo CBR and i knew this was the guy to get help from. (crazy nut) everyone around here is now like "oh my god a dyno in scarborough wow" clean and i knew about it almost a year and half ago, just waited for dave to get his new board for the dyno in. good to hear that his name is getting around, he's a toatly nice guy. i give Dave
peace
