What size charge piping should I use with t25 on d16a6!?
 

Got a d16a6 with Y8 intake manifold and t25 I got a PWR intercooler...friends bending the pipe for me but dont know what size to go with.

Any ideas would be great Im running 5-12 lbs bout to go get tuned so 12 let me know

You can go with 2.25" bends, that is enough for about 250hp

yea 2.25 will be sufficient for your needs. If you are planning on running more boost though later on, you could always go with 2.5 now.. up to you.

So you guys would say that 1 1/2 -2" would be to small?
cause I have 1 1/2" on their now......

Should work fine, but you might gain power by switching over to 2". I doubt you will gain anything going from 2" to 2.5" with your setup. If I were you and I already had everything setup with 1.5" I'd probably just leave it.

What size oulet/inlet is your intercooler? I say just go with 2.5 inch.

im not sure i dont have the intercooler yet, will 2.5 make the turbo lag?

and how does the t25 work? is the boost adjustable or is it set at a certain psi, im plannin on boosting 6-8 psi
