what clutch disc??

ok i have a 90-91 teg tranny with a cc stage 5 clutch...my tranny went to ****..now i have a 92 gsr ys1 tranny...can i just get a new disc(92up) or do i need a whole new clutch..is all b series pp the same? fyi the clutch only has 2000kms on it

yes you can just get a new clutch disk.
