Hi guys,
Just wondering if anyone else has had same problems. I had my bolts/studs break in the wastegate flange twice now on this setup. We were using fairly cheap bolts. Going for some better ones this time around. Anyone had a similar experience?

 

I had some problems with the bolts backing out but thats about it.. Find out the size and pitch of the bolts and get some ARP bolts for it..

 

go with grade A bolts .. 8mm x 1.25 [20mm] => someone double check me

Yeah think he meant grade 8 , the next step up is L9 I believe. I used grade 8 bolts everywhere and L9's for the turbo to mani connection.

 

I used the Honda bolts for my Wastegate before and never(*knocks on wooden desk* had it broken but then I switched to somekind of Allan Head bolts that I got from HomeDepot. Everything is good still.

Just use the same bolts that your using on the Manifold to the head, those should hold nicely.
