Default vouches Philly Dyno Works

i just got a really good price quote IMO from these guyz wondering if i could get some vouches for em. They said $400 chipped P28 and dyno tuned with crome on my junkyard turbo set up that i am piecing together.... even nicer they said they will set me a basemap for $85 so i can get the car down there and that would be taken off of the total price. Donno but it sounds pretty good to me. Also if i get it tuned at the shop would i need to get the software on my computer right away or can i hold off till i have the extra money for ostrich, datalogging, and crome pro?

Honestly if you are that worried just hang around the shop a little and get opinions from customers. I dont really listen to HT when it comes to shops and stuff, i get opinions from people that have had their car worked on there, i look at the quality of the work they do and also base my opinion on the personalities of the workers... quality isnt always in the work, but the attitude of the shop says alot.
Not to mention a clean shop makes the difference for me as a customer

yeah i was hoping that someone has gone there b4.. its alittle hard for me to get time to go places school and work right now (actually going to a tech school for automotive) but ive called em a few times, they seem good just want to hear from someone who got there car tuned there and hoping to get my other questions answered as well but yeah i do agree that appearance does matter.

the guys there are very nice. the guy that tunes there his name is richy he drives his 400hp del sol daily well untill he got the mini. ive been there serveral times to use the dyno never to get tunned thoe. they are very friendly people. even thoe i came there with my own tunner last time to use the dyno there were shooting pointers left and right even thoe i was just renting dyno time. very good prices also. i wish more shops and shop personalites were more like them. key point i like about the place is that they are more into helping you out then getting in your pockets for unnessessary expenses. just make sure not to get lost getting there. its a bit tricky with the one way street they are on!

They are a popular choice for DSM's as well . If you search for tuning on just about any Northeast DSM board you'll see the PDW name
