victor X tb opening
ive asked many people, and looked all over. but i can't find anywhere what the MM size is for the throttle body on the b16/type R edlebrock Victor X IM.
JG sells 65mm, and 70mm TB's. so which does the manifold have?

Get the 70 with a plate to fit the victor X then port match...
unless you want a smaller one.
To be direct. I don't know which one comes with it... but I would go large and port the opening to fit.

It's needed on the 70mm not sure if you'll need it if you go 65. I'll try to take a pic tonight so you can see how it mounts.</TD></TR></TABLE>
The 70mm BBK throttle body fits without a mounting plate on the VictorX and so does the STR.
Why get a Mustang throttle body with a plate?

The BBK 70mm sells for $270 new on ebay. The BBK and STR accepts stock TPS and MAP sensors.
I don't think you want a 75mm TB on a street car.
You can but must not open up the VictorX with the BBK and STR.

i understand that 100% but the option works for some of us
..so i guess thats where u can make the decision..ive seen the MTB go for 180-200 new..most boost guys are not running map of the TB anyway and alot are running an ems thats compatible with just about any TPS or whatever..so i guess it is a good option to have for some.
