VAFC compatible with greddy kit?

i have the greddy kit install on my 1998 gsr, i am currently running the greddy blue box with stock parts: injectors, pipings, and spark plugs, and CTR cams. i am wondering if i can hook up and run the VAFC wihtout any problems with the greddy blue box ?
