I picked mine up at ace hardware. It has the same size fittings as your barbed nipples, but it has a square plug. HTH.

It's not the best looking, but if you need a quick fix take a piece of rubber hose and shove it over the barbed fitting and then plug the end of the rubber hose with a spare bolt.

If you can remove the barbed fitting from the vacuum manifold you could possibly put a plug fitting in it's place.

Any 1/8" npt male plug should work. Summit sells nice chrome ones that are an allen head for like $5 for 4

You can get rubber caps at places like Autozone/NAPA etc. Put a ziptie around them if you're paranoid about them coming off(but they usually don't when just put on there, even at 15 psi, lots of friction).

That looks like it's made out of the same McMaster Carr parts I used to custom make my vacuum manifold. Just take the barb fitting out and plug the hole 1/8" NPT male plug.
