Default Update on my sweet pea

So alot of people have seen my car, seen my posts and also got to witness some real unfortunate luck on my side.

I was originally shooting for 7-800whp and left with a lucky 600 after the issues I had.
These were from the original issues.

So the head for some reason was experiencing valve float with PRO 1's and brand new Crower valvetrain. I ran out of duty cycle on the boost solenoid due to being lied to about the springs in the gates and the injector duty cycle was 90 something percent due to not being able to raise FP. I am running dual bosch 044s. I rewired them correctly and was going to go back and tune soon...

Then two nights after being tuned I took it to a local meet, matted it on the way home and had an oil light come on...

So now after a new head, new ATI Race damper installed... I was ready to go back.

Then loaded it on for some pulls!

Strapping it on the dyno;

294whp, 6.5psi. no vtec engaging. Then the car shut off and wouldnt turn back on , I went through the dash and such and found all of this;

andddd we leave it at this....

I found a wrecked automatic eg coupe, Im going to swap the dash harness in and go put her back on the dyno for the third time. That is the latest from my camp lol

The car was originally equipped with an LSTurbo running DSM 450's (Resistor box required) and I think they may have done a hack job on the wiring for the box. The more and more I look into it, its coming from that area. So again, my guess, is that there was an exposed wire, one of the wires we found on the dyno was completely bare of insulation and had corrosion all over it (Meaning it had been like that for a while). So hopefully after a fresh engine and dash harness, stock and uncut, I will wire; electric fans, dual boschs, and the gauges I am running to a separate switch panel on the audio console.

I am running the same 4" side exit down-pipe since the turbo kit has been on the car, If you notice the pics on the dyno, its running a 90degree elbow to keep **** off my tuners walls. His shop is new and he likes to keep it looking purrrrtttty lol.

What do you guys think about running this panel for my pumps, gauges and electric fans? This go around I would really like to eliminate any factory wiring.

Bummer on your bad luck, good luck with everything though. Oh yeah, and that panel is pretty cool imo.

I'm amazed that at high rpm that elbow doesn't turn into a missile and go through his wall lol

sucks about all the issues but at least you can sort them all out. it will definitely be worth it in the end

ps that broke sticker is perfect, in both ways lol. financially broke and literally broke

How do you know, your valves were floating with pro1's and a crower valvetrain?
