On a dyno with Rollers you would notice a difference with a weight change on rotating mass! I guess it would matter if your going for peak numbers?

On a inertia pull the MOI may make a small difference. Probably within normal variation unless its a huge size difference. But it shouldn't matter much. On a steady state reading, not at all.
