Does anyone have this bov. I currently have the type s and was thinking to change it with Type R since I heard some good things about it. Heard that it is louder than the Type S. Any comments ??

 

its great over all bov for high boost applications the type s is just lower boost application of a bov.

 

How is different compared to Type S in matters of loudness. I am running around 15-23 psi and type s is quiet as hell.

 

type R is kinda avg noise its nto extremely loud but oyu can hear it with no prb.

 

what would u recommend then. I want something noticeable , actually loud, since I am running big turbo 60-1 BB and I want my presence felt.. Thanks .. Are u VIREN by the way??

 

either the Type R or the TIAL BOV or the GODIZZLA BOV from turbonetics. yes i am viren

I was at the NHRA event in gainsville. I saw ur car there, pretty nice.. Thanks for the info man, I appreciate it.. I hollah at ya when I see ya next time. Currently tunning the car (01 R) putting 400+@ the wheel. U will see the car in Turbo Mag pretty soon.. Lata bro..
