Two BOV's

What would this do? I saw it in a pic. Two Blitz BOV's. Just wondering.

In the Sept 03 Issue of HCI, there is a 725hp turbo h22 hatch, that uses 2 Greddy Type R BOV's ... he says they aren't necesary, he just likes using two.
