Default Turbos in cold weather...?

hey, i dont post here much, mostly just read. I am interested in puting a turbo on my GSR powerd hatch. However, how im kinda a newb at this FI stuff and know very little. I live in Ohio and it gets pretty cold. I dont plan on driving in the winter much, if at all, but i might have from time to time. now do these turbos fare in cold weather. Would there be anything spacific id have to watch for or do to make it safe.

thanks.

also is runing a Drag Gen 3 kit at low psi pretty reliable. I dont want to run it too high, not even the double digits probably. I have heard many different things, but do they usually do ok reliablility wise?

turbo's do best in cold weather. when you start it just let it warm a bit before wot. yes the drag is reliable under low boost. tuning is key.
