How do you guys distinguish turbo sizes like t3/t4 is this big and that wide blah blah


BTW how much boost can a t3/t4 push out? max

 

by the size of the compressor wheel. and im not sure about the pther part.

 

than theres no limit to how much boost a turbo can make? or.. :S

I wish they explained the turbine maps a bit better though, those confuse the heck out of me.

You check the compressor wheel (and its accompanying maps) and the turbo wheel. "T3/T4" comes in several sizes, each one with a different maximum power output. Don't go by psi. Go by the lbs/min airflow of the turbocharger.
