ok , my question is can i match up a t3/t4 exhaust manifold with a t4 turbo that has the dual 2 ports while the exhaust manifold has only the one big port?

 

No. They are different flanges, different turbines.

My guess is you are talking about some Ebay manifold. There is no such thing as a "T3/T4" manifold. There are T3/T4 turbos, but they fit on T3 manifolds. A T4 must go on a T4 manifold.
