Icon3 turbo help please

Okay, I just got done with my build of a b16a just a Turbo slapped on. Precision 3231e .63 a/r. Did everything right. Primed Turbo, all that. I started it up and my Turbo spun slowly for a minute then stopped when the idle came down to 800. I have an oil restrictor on it -4an feed and a -10 drain. Is it normal for it not to spin at idle? I assume its not good for the oil to just sit there. Maybe I need to get a bigger restrictor? Any help is greatly appreciated.

You got me as to what size restrictor, very small though. Considering its a smaller Turbo though, it should spin, right?

depends (technically) yes, but if it starts to spin once you tap the throttle it should be fine. Does it spin freely like with your fingers easily?

If it's new then its quite common from my knowledge. Put a few easy miles on it and see if it loosens up.

It spins easily when I spin it yeah, I just don't want oil to build up and destroy my new turbo

Can you see any smoke coming out your exhaust ? If the oil is pushing past the ex/in rings then you'd see it been burnt.

No smoke coming out of my exhaust. I only ran it for maybe 2 minutes though.
