turbo coolant size

Default turbo coolant size
my turbo says that the coolant is 3/8" and i was wondering if i could just run 1/4 inch hose to the turbo and back? Is it okay or is it to small? thanks

the inlet and outlet of the turbo is 3/8" NPT. From there, you can get a 3/8" threaded fitting to a 1/4" barb fitting is you're gonna run hose and clamps.
