Can you please give us a better/more complete description of what is going on with your engine?

Pull the head and take it to a cylinder head shop. They can tell you whether or not it can be repaired. If it isn't too bad, they can likely put a thread insert in and you'll be good to go.

I interpreted this to be a spark plug blown out of its hole with possible damaged threads. Think the OP is asking advice on what to do now if the head is damaged.
Helicoil or new head. Basically the only 2 options available on this.

Or other types of thread repair. I prefer time-sert.

Yeah that's correct, the spark blown out - never found it - and the threads on the head block of my Civic 1.6L 2004 are damaged. I cannot find another used head block to replace so I need to use the Helicoil. Can anyone recommend me the right product(s) to buy before I do the job? I guess my Civic 1.6L (D16W7 ???)
is made of aluminium cylinder head block. I need all the necessary tools to buy. The size of the spark is M14 x 1.25 x 19 ".
Thanks again!

Go TimeSert or a new/rebuilt cylinder head.

parts stores have spark plug thread repair kits. So do all the major tool trucks.
And it's called a cylinder head. Not a block. The block is the bottom half of the motor, totally different part.

I may be out on a limb, here, but, from Honda1664's responses, he/she may not be from the U.S. and therefore may have some difficulty in obtaining resources for items that we in the U.S. may assume to be simple to obtain, like, well, other cylinder heads. If Honda1664 would be so kind as to fill in the location information in his/her profile, we might be of some additional assistance.
