Default too rich to start?

So here's the problem I have a h22 I'm boosting, I have 550cc injectors and a chipped p28 with a base map on it I bought from
a tuner on prelude power.com.
So when I try to start it it will crank and puff some black smoke, but when I pull the plugs even after one start attemtp they are soaked with gas.

I was thinking of trying to lean it out with my vafc but I'm not sure if t will work.

Anybody got any suggestions?

do you have a wideband o2 sensor installed? what is the air/fuel ratio on startup?

a basemap is a poor tuned fuel map just to get the engine started. you should actually tow it to a good tuner to have it properly tuned. i would not drive it very far on that basemap.

I do have acsess to a wide band but doesn't the car need to run for that to work? And the car ran a few days ago when my tps wasn't working but I'm thinking now that it is it's sending too much fuel.
