Default Thermal Coatings

I will start building a new motor shortly and I have been reading up on HPC and Swain coatings. Which components are worth getting done. I'm thinking about the piston tops and side skirts, downpipe, manifold, exhaust housing, and charge pipes. I also saw valve springs and valves. Are any worth the money and has anyone used them before?
