Default T4/60-1 on B18C5

Is this turbo a good choice for a B18C5 ?

http://store.yahoo.com/cheaptu....html

When will it spool up ? Way too big ? Is a T3 turbine better than a T4 ? Is it possible to boost 7 psi with this turbo until the block is resleeved / rebuild ?

I'd say its a bit too big. A t3/t4 hybrid turbo would be better. But if you lie the 60-1 atleast go with a T3 60-1.

My SideWinder spooled one to 10 psi on an 85mm B20Vtec by 5k rpm. If I can figure out how to upload the SpeedPro graph, thats the proof. Then the radiator fan plug got sucked into it...whoops

.63 A/R is the sweet spot for the ITR engine... IMO

It may be or may not be too big depending on what you are looking for. If you are looking for 7psi of boost that comes in fast then this turbo is not for you. I got my 62-1/t4 to hit full boost @ 5k on a 81mm bore gsr block.
