supercharger-engine surge

my friend has a d15b with a jackson racing supercharger on it and after the car warms up it starts to surge rpm at idle from 1000-1500rpm we have tried three IACS and still it surges, what could be the problem

unplugged PCV hose
you should have a look under the car!
also purge coolant line
