Default stock block d16z6?

i have a stock d16z6 right now
im almost done building my budget turbo kit
have a t25 planning on running 8psi daily driven should i be fine with stock internals? it has 160k miles
but i plan on tunning it and chipping the ecu because its gonna run on an automatic ecu(car was originally automatic)
or should i just find a munaul ecu?

also i cant find a downpipe anyone know where i could find one for cheap?

Guessing you have an auto P28.
After converting it to manual it should be fine for chipping.

Can you get somebody to weld? Maybe pick up a flange and a couple bends and weld up a custom DP.
