Default Speedpro wiring with relays

The speedpro ECU requires that i connect it to the negative side of two relays to control the fuel pump and fan. Can i just tap into the main fuel injection relay that contols the fuel pump and the fan relay in the underhood fuse box for this? Are there any easier wires to tap into, like maybe that run to the stock ECU itself since the wires that go to the underhood fuse box are kinda hard to get to. I'm using the Speedpro to control everything related to the motor, but i'm keeping the stock ECU wired in to control my dash and accessories. TIA

You can ground the factory fan realy with speed pro I did, you should bypass main realy and get a 30 amp automotive relay available at radio shack for $5.99 for the fuel pump it will send more voltage the the pump anyways, wire the main power and the 12volt turn on voltage with the battery power, send the accessory to the pump and the ground to the speed pro fuel pump wire. You are gonna need a relay- window switch setup for vtec anyways. I had to deal with all this a few months ago fun stuff. Jason

Why are you keeping the stock ecu in place? It doens't control the dash or any accessories ... it's just the ecu...
