Default skunk2 vs supertech valvetrain??

Ok so my bottom end is almost done getting built. So it is time to start the head and I know skunk2 is great but some of there stuff is the same as others but you are just paying for the name. Im looking to hit 450-500whp. So I just wanted to see what everone is running right now, or what they know from experience.

my setup.
b18c1
Golden eagle sleeves
84mm bore
9:1 aries pistons
eagle rods
gsr crank
ITR head
ctr cams.

Thanks

I personally don't know anyone who's used skunk2 valve train so i cant say anything good or bad about them but I run supertech valve train and so do a couple of my friends and we have done great with them. I've had mine for almost 4 years now reving it to 9500 sometimes even close to 10grand and no problems. My car has about 16000 miles on it. Daily driving, some highway racing, and drag strip. Hope this helps you out

I mean they are all top of the line, Skunk2, Supertech, Ferrea, etc. The supertech stuff will cost you less and it is very nice.

Depending on your turbo you can hit 500whp with your set up as is. I put down 490whp with an OEM B18 head (TB, IM, Cams) and a 3076r on E85. The new valvetrain will only help you rev the motor higher which won't really matter with an OEM IM.
